    This one-hour online lecture updates and complements the series of lectures from previous years on the PCT procedure at the EPO as receiving Office, International Searching Authority, International Preliminary Examining Authority and designated Office. An EPO team of PCT experts will provide information relevant for PCT users, including the latest PCT developments. The lecture in French is organised in co-operation with the CNCPI. The lectures in German and English are organised in co-operation with the epi.

    • ENREGISTREMENTS DE CLASSES VIRTUELLES

      A l‘invitation de la Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (CNCPI – France), représentée par M. Christophe Léveillé, M. Ali Jazairy (OMPI) et Mme Carolina Miot (OEB) ont offert une mise à jour sur le PCT le 28 mai 2024. La CNCPI a cordialement accepté qu’une version enregistrée de ce séminaire soit mise en ligne sur le centre de formation en ligne de l’Académie européenne des brevets afin d’en faire profiter une plus large audience francophone. Ce séminaire est adressé autant aux agents en brevet qu’à un plus large public intéressé dans la procédure PCT. Cette année, les intervenants se sont penchés sur les points suivants : 

      • États des lieux du PCT (Etats membres et statistiques récentes)
      • Rapport sur la Réunion des administrations internationales de 2023 et sur le Groupe de travail du PCT de 2024
      • Restauration du droit de priorité (règle 26bis.3 PCT)
      • Services PCT en ligne: les derniers développements à l’OMPI et à l’OEB 
      • Rectification d'erreurs évidentes (règle 91 PCT)
