New technologies and the IP system

The rise of innovative solutions in cinema, video games, human-machine interfaces and the food industry has made it all the more important to protect these fields through IP rights.

This course room provides access to recordings of public lectures organised by the EPO and the EUIPO covering topics related to new technologies and the patent system, namely how IP rights can be integrated and combined to support and protect creation and innovation in these rapidly evolving industries.
