About the event
Examination Matters has become the go-to event for patent attorneys interested in finding out more about the patent granting procedure at the EPO, and in particular the way examiners think and what their day-to-day work looks like.
Held on 6-10 December, Examination Matters 2021 featured advanced-level presentations by experienced examiners, lawyers and patent attorneys, as well as a panel discussion on harmonising practices in applications relating to computer-implemented inventions.
